1. Digital Consultations
   All interior decoration consultations, mood boards, and design packages are non-refundable once delivered. This is because they are custom, creative services made specifically for each client.

2. Physical Artworks
   • Refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or is not as described.
   • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos or video evidence.
   • Artwork must be returned in its original packaging before a refund is processed.

3. Custom or Made-to-Order Art
   All custom or personalized artwork is non-refundable once production begins, except in cases of damage during shipping.

4. Wrong Orders
   If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost to you.

5. Shipping Fees
   Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

6. Processing Time
   Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
