Digital Consultations
All interior decoration consultations, mood boards, and design packages are non-refundable once delivered. This is because they are custom, creative services made specifically for each client. -
Physical Artworks
• Refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or is not as described.
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos or video evidence.
• Artwork must be returned in its original packaging before a refund is processed. -
Custom or Made-to-Order Art
All custom or personalized artwork is non-refundable once production begins, except in cases of damage during shipping. -
Wrong Orders
If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost to you. -
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side. -
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
